Meet With Us
We can meet you via Zoom, telephone or in person, if locally based, to discuss your possible insurance claim. This is an obligation free meeting.
Investigation
Once you are working with us, we will get authorities to act on your behalf with your insurer and medical professionals. We collect all information required to asses your chance of a successful claim.
Lodgement
After completing the necessary paperwork, and possibly undergoing medical tests, we will assist you and your doctor to correctly complete the claims paperwork.
Outcome
If the claim is successful, we will assist you with any other requirements. If the claim is denied, we will follow other avenues to seek to change the insurer’s decision
