The effort, professionalism, kindness and sensitivity you have shown me during this process is immeasurable, I am so grateful. After many very tough years of illness and financial hardship, I felt I did not have the resilience or capacity to embark on my claim by myself. It was extremely comforting to have someone that could untangle and explain the jargon, request the many documents, complete all the forms I needed for a successful claim.
