To whom it may concern, I, Stuart F, was going through great difficulties with my insurance company. Due to recent workplace injuries and the fact that my latest injury had put me off work for over two years, it came to the point where the company felt that I was no longer needed as a part of their mining team and I was subsequently retrenched.
At the age of 57 the likely prospect that I would return to a mining career and what I used to do as my usual occupation was non existent.
